In our yoga sessions, as well as learning about the body and the breath, we learn about some of the difficult feelings too and how we might manage them.
We learn about worries and how it might feel in our tummies or how anger might make us feel hot. This is important so these big emotions don’t frighten us and we learn to recognise them. Yoga is brilliant for that as we can learn to release these feelings through our hands or or breath or ask for some quiet time. Yoga isn’t just about being healthy in your body, it’s about being happy and healthy in your mind too!
