Nettle Creations

We distil our own nettle hydrosol and other speciality hydrosols on the farm such as sage and rosemary.  We are very proud of our natural creations as hydrosols were often considered a waste product. Nettle Hydrosol in itself has many benefits for the body. It is balancing and calming for the skin, cleansing for the hair and fortifying as it is high in iron and has an affinity with the blood.

Emily, our aromatherapist connects with the plant spirit of nettle and calls her "mothering and good for creating boundaries and a sense of self reverence". She is extremely potent now as she has a key role in the healing of the soil and Earth realm.
