A Return to the Earth

To be birthed by Mother Earth, to know her love and feel her welcome rekindles something known in heart and soul, blood and bone.

It is a remembering that she is our Mother, our holding, our nourishment, food and emotional holding. It is to feel welcomed again by this that is known deep in our souls and awaken the connection within.

To live from the knowingness that we are loved, connected, sacred and safe is a new foundation for us. It is the basis upon which all healing grows.

The soil, the roots, the bones.

We are the seasons, the cycles, the Earth knows. We are the breath the wind blows and healing is so within so without. So above so below.

Deep as the roots of the trees and high as the winged birds fly.

It is all within us.

When we return to the Mother Earth, heal that Mother within, the love within

We return to ourselves

and one another

with love
